No Returns or Exchanges

To ensure the safety, integrity and quality of our products with our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. Therefore, please review the products carefully before making a purchase as all sales are final.  

Damages and Issues

When you receive your order, please inspect it. If anything is missing or damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s), please let us know right away so we can investigate and resolve the matter. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at blacksoapessentials@gmail.com or via the contact us form with relevant photos attached. 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing your orders. It cannot be cancelled once label has been created and/or once it ships. 

Refunds

In the event that the wrong item was shipped, you may return the product unopened (must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and will process a refund of the product if requested. To initiate the process, please contact us at blacksoapessentials@gmail.com or via the contact us form with relevant photos attached. Please include reason for refunds (e.g. damaged or wrong product). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
